Energy Consultant
Our client, an award winning multi-disciplinary consultancy has a fantastic opportunity for a Energy Consultant to join their London based team on a fixed term contract bases.
Qualifications: For this position candidates will ideally have a BSc / BEng in a environmental / energy / building services related discipline and membership to a relevant professional body. Level 3 and 4 EPC accreditation for non-domestic buildings is needed for the role while Level 5 EPC accreditation / Domestic EPC accreditation is advantageous. Due to the travel requirement involved with the role a full UK driving license is essential.
Location: London
Experience: In this instance applications are sought from candidates with demonstrable experience of carrying out EPC audits for commercial and industrial buildings, preferably within the real estate sector. Candidates who also have a strong knowledge of IES will be at an advantage.
Duties:
- Delivering EPC audits for numerous clients
- Travelling to sites
- Working to tight deadlines
- Liaising with clients
- Preparing written reports
