Senior / Principal ITS Consultant

They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Senior/ Principal ITS Consultant to join our Taunton team on a permanent basis to delivery ITS strategies and support ITS based solutions for both the private and public markets.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the delivery of ITS projects
Developing ITS strategies
Design and specification of ITS solutions
Delivery of current ITS based workload
Data analysis for identification of ITS solutions
The ideal applicant will be a positive and enthusiastic team player, who has either a BEng or BSc in a related subject. He/she will have a good experience in a range of ITS projects with a main focus around Urban ITS and traveller information systems. Someone with client facing experience as well as mentoring junior members within a team, motivating juniors and liaising with all levels of management. You must also be computer literate in MS Office suite including and be able to generate new business.
Knowledge of GIS and SPSS is desirable but not essential. Ideally the applicant will be able to demonstrate their experience, competency and flexibility to meet the demands of the role.
