Our client is a leading Construction Contractor who specialises in major civil engineering projects.
They are looking for a Senior Project Manager who has experience in Healthcare projects in London area, ideally with a degree in Engineering.
Suitable applicants will have experience of managing projects in the range of £10m-20m .
The Job will involve -
« Use of specialist software to aid in project delivery for example CAD or 4projects.
« To determine project set-up and clearly communicates all roles and responsibilities.
« Participation in tenders and PQQ's to benefit the company.
« Leading site visits, briefings as necessary to promote the project and company.
« Organising the Setup of documents control system to optimise distribution of information.
« To Manager project activities to ensure work remains on target.
« To have Familiarity of COINS
This Job is an opportunity for the individual to take control and develop the project programme with their in depth knowledge of Critical Path, Float and the risk and opportunity associated with the project.
