This Shop Fit Managers role is for a well-known National main contractor with a huge portfolio of retail projects. Due to their dominance and success in this particular sector they have recently been awarded a large framework contract with a major Banking chain. As a result of this they are now recruiting Shop Fit Managers to strengthen the team.
The role
For the successful Shop Fit Manager, the role will be re-fits and refurbishments of High St Banks with values ranging from £500k - £1.5million. Your key responsibilities will be to oversee and control all site based staff, be hands on when necessary as well as making sure the project is running on time, to budget and to the satisfaction of the client whilst maintaining high standards of health and safety. You must have all the relevant qualifications including CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid and prior retail experience working as a shop fit manager is essential.
