Senior Sustainability Consultant
Our client, an established multi-discipline Consultancy, requires an experienced Senior Sustainability Consultant to join their well respected team in South East London. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of large scale projects within the housing and commercial sectors.
Qualifications: Ideally candidates will have a BEng / BSc (or equivalent) in an appropriate engineering / science / environmental discipline and will hold full membership to a relevant professional body such as the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers or similar. Applicants who are an accredited Code for Sustainable Homes / SAP Assessor will be at a distinct advantage.
Location: South East London
Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience
Experience: For this role applications are sought from candidates with demonstrable experience of leading sustainability projects within the built environment industry. It is anticipated that the successful Sustainability Consultant will have previously delivered BREEAM / CfSH / SAP assessments, energy strategies and expert sustainable design advice for clients.

- Leading a team of sustainability experts
- Project management
- Delivering BREEAM / SAP /Code for Sustainable Homes assessments
- Producing retro fit strategies
- High quality report writing
- Liaising with clients
