We have a permanent opportunity in Surrey for a skilled Architect with a housing developer background.
The design arm of this care home specialists are looking for some additional flair to join them and contribute to their continued success. Being one of the UK's market leaders within the elderly care industry we are particularly interested in applicants able to show previous experience within this filed. This isn't essential however and we are also encouraging applications from Architect's who have worked within or directly alongside large scale house builders. The knowledge of the commercial aspects to this sector is what we are keen for applicants to be confident with. You'll have an eye for design whilst also being confident taking projects through to completion, you'll be proficient on AutoCAD and a confident communicator.
This is a permanent opportunity with salary dependant on your relevant experience and ability, more experienced applicants can expect to £35,000 + benefits.
