We are seeking experienced and motivated Project Engineers and Project Managers to join our team across New Zealand, primarily in Christchurch and Auckland. The projects we work on are technically challenging and in an environment that will enhance your career in the construction industry. We are particularly looking for people with background in water civils, including water and waste water reticulation, piping, tunnelling and bridges/roading.

Here's what you'll need:
- Bachelor of Engineering degree (Civil) or similar
- Minimum of 10 years experience within the role
- Strong leadership and communication skills as well as solid people management
- A high degree of business, financial, technical and commercial acumen, especially within budget setting and pricing variations
- Competence in negotiation and client relationship building
- Team player with a down to earth, open personality
