Our Client is one of Australia’s largest construction contractors, and first choice for some of Australia’s most important clients. A key player in the Civil Engineering, Mining and Oil & Gas markets they are at the forefront of the Australian engineering industry.
We are looking to source an experienced Operations Manager for the Industrial & Energy division. This is a key National role reporting directly into the Head of the Division.
As National Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of the Division’s wide range of projects which include renewable energy and power plants.
This is a career advancement role, and an opportunity to join the executive leadership team and be an integral part of growing a successful business.
It is essential that candidates have the following:
20 years’ experience of operational leadership within the Power & industrial sector
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
Excellent coordinator, manager and motivator of site teams
The position will be based in Sydney and attracts full Visa support and relocation expenses on a family basis.
