Principal Landscape Architect £30k - £40k Glasgow
My client is a multidisciplinary Engineering and Environmental consultancy with a strong presence throughout Europe and around the world. They are currently looking for a Principal Landscape Architect to join their busy Landscape team in Scotland, to work on a range of Transport and Environment based schemes.
The ideal Landscape Architect will have experience in a wide range of landscape projects including design and supervision of infrastructure and road projects. The candidate will also have 5+years chartered experience with an EIA background.
The Principal Landscape Architect will play an important role in the development of the company's Landscape business throughout Scotland. You will be involved in offering technical advice on a range of high-profile schemes, as well as looking after projects from inception through to completion. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, will mentor and guide more junior members of staff, and will be involved in business development aspects.
The successful candidate will have a strong personality with a confident approach with the ability to deal with client and other consultants. The ideal applicant will have excellent design skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and accurately. The candidate will also have good communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with new and existing clients.
