Based North Essex / South Suffolk with travel to sites in East Anglia as required
Salary mid £40'k Neg + Package DOE

Client is a leading provider of coastal, estuarial, inland engineering and marine construction services on projects above and below the water. The company services clients from framework, public, private and utility sectors, supported through a large fleet of road transportable marine and diving plant. This equipment is supported by a multi-skilled and professional workforce, able to provide turnkey solutions for any water based coastal, estuarial and inland construction project.

Purpose of job:
Plan and manage projects ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget with due consideration to safety and the general public

Job outline:
Project Manager role

Main responsibilities:
Assist the Divisional Director in planning and distribution of projects
Provide assistance with early contractor development
Programming
Cost monitoring
Manage and provide support and leadership to the construction teams
Ensure that we mitigate all health, safety and environmental risks on site, whilst maintaining a high standard of quality and production
Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, employees, members of the public and any key third parties.
