One of the region's busiest Main Contractors with strong and varied portfolio including Education, MOD, Healthcare and Commercial projects is seeking additional resource for a live project in South Devon.
To join their existing team and work on a healthcare scheme, they are in need of a Design Manager or Project Manager with sound design experience.
Site based, you would be liaising with the site teams, senior management, consultants and architects to effectively manage the design process and should have a solid, Main Contracting biased work history reflecting your achievements in a similar role to incorporate experience on Healthcare schemes and a sound understanding of detailed design.
As the role is site based, you will require a CSCS card, additionally, it is envisaged that you would also have industry related qualifications to supplement your practical ability.
