About the Client: My client is a well respected developer of high quality homes across Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire and Oxfordshire. They build a wide range of properties from starter homes to family homes to multi-million pound, one off homes.
About the Role: Reporting to the Technical Director you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of sites. Most engineering work is undertaken by external consultants and you will appoint, brief and manage their work ensuring the most appropriate solution is developed. In the case of small sites some work is undertaken internally, however, CAD support is provided.
What we’re looking for: You are an skilled housebuilding engineer with a broad range of experience gained across different types of traditional housing. You have strong project management skills and are a strong team member.
About the Offer: Basic c£50,000 + Bonus + Car + Package
