About the Client:
Our client is a leader in the current urban regeneration schemes across the UK. They have been established in the UK for many years now and are without a doubt one of the best names within high spec developments. They have a number of companies within the Group, each one having a fantastic reputation for delivery of top-class products. As a group they turnover in excess of £700m and have developments throughout the UK but predominantly in London & Home Counties.
This is a role that has been recognised by the client as being key to them continuing their success that they have had over a number of years now. You would be reporting directly into the Main MD and Directors of this business.
About the role
Our client now has sign off to begin their latest 1000 unit mixed use development in Central London, and is looking for a Project Director. This is probably the highest profile residential development in London. Please call the number below and speak to Pete for more info and to ascertain whether you are suitable for this position. This role is suited to someone from a developer or main contractor background with a qualification in construction management, building or civil engineering. Architectural background is unfortunately not the right fit for this role.
The following experience is a must:
- Strong residential development background with a known developer (in the UK)
- Strong mixed use experience
- Degree qualification or equivalent
- Strong experience in luxury developments/ high spec finishes.
- Senior Project Manager minimum previous experience
