My client is a major new build contractor working on social and private housing, care homes and student accommodation. They are looking for a bid manager to join their organisation.
Projects range from 30-500 units and range in value from £3m to £50m.
You will be asked to work on large regeneration schemes, procurement, project finance, joint venture bids with providers/developers.
