My client is a major new build contractor working on social and private housing, care homes and student accommodation. They are looking for a Land Manager to join their organisation.
Projects range from 30-500 units and range in value from £3m to £50m.
You will be asked to find off market land, put together package deals with housing associations. You will work closely with Estimators and Architects.
Based in London and Kent
