My client is a major new build contractor working on social and private housing, care homes and student accommodation. They are looking for a Pre Project Planner to join their organisation.
Projects range from 30-500 units and range in value from £3m to £50m.
You will be asked to produce method statements and programmes on projects being priced.
The ideal candidate will have pre Project Planner Experience with a housing contractor.
