We are currently seeking a Geotechnical Team Leader to work for an established Engineering Consultancy based in the West Midlands.
You will have an exceptional geotechnical background working in senior management positions for UK based Consultancies and have a very strong understanding of geotechnical requirements for earthworks & earth stabilisation. A background of leading successful projects from inception through to practical completion is essential along with excellent communication and organisational and with business development skills is essential.
Due to an increasing workload you will be joining the senior management team to ensure the heavy workload is distributed between the necessary geotechnical departments. You will be technically efficient and independent in your workload with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels both internally and externally.
