We've just taken on an opportunity in Kent for an architectural technician or an Architect still hands on with AutoCAD and capable of producing both technical and planning drawings.
With a number of live projects on the go for this flourishing architectural practice they now urgently require assistance on a number of these. At present the projects vary between luxury housing, care homes and community so ideally we are looking for applicants to possess a similar portfolio. Given the fact that each project is at different stages they require someone able to come in and assist with construction drawings as well as earlier stage planning drawings. AutoCAD proficiency is essential as is the capability to begin work without the need of being mentored. This small friendly practice are keen to meet relevant candidates immediately and get the successful candidate started thereafter. This is a contract position but for the right candidate could be a long term role, rate is to £20 per hour dependant on relevant experience and ability.
