A new opportunity has arisen within a leading London Building Consultancy for a Building Surveyor on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will sit within the company's Building Surveying team and will specialise in Rights for Lights projects within the residential sector.
The successful individual will have a good understanding of the residential market and be degree qualified in a relevant discipline and be MRICS chartered. You will also be able to demonstrate experience and competence within the residential sector with specific experience in Rights for Lights. Furthermore, you will need to have excellent communication skills with the ability to work within a team and on your own.
