A Concrete Technologist is required on a permanent salaried basis by our West Yorkshire based client.
They are a market leading manufacturer and innovative developer of concrete admixtures and construction chemicals.
In this role you will be working within our clients concrete admixture business and It is expected that applicants will hold both the Concrete Technology & Construction Stages 2 & 3 (formerly City & Guilds parts 1 & 2), be self motivated, independent thinking, numerate and looking for a career within the construction chemicals industry.
Major areas of involvement for the successful applicant will include:
Day to day running of the concrete laboratory, full awareness of BS-EN admixture quality sytsems, responsibility to ensure full compliance with BSI systems, responsibility to conduct and co-ordinate product performance trials both on site and off site, have an active involvement in Product/Materials development, communication with customers, both written and oral - internal and external.
Only applicants with a full driving license and the minimum Concrete Technology & Construction Stages 2 & 3 (formerly City & Guilds parts 1 & 2) will be considered.
