Junior Transport Planner - Surrey

An expanding, specialist Transport Planning Consultancy with a range of high-profile clients in the South East and beyond are currently looking for a hardworking, ambitious Transport Planner to join their busy office in Farnham.
The ideal Transport Planner will be locally based and will have a strong educational background in a relevant subject (Civils, Planning, Geography). You should have at least 1 years experience in Transport Planning, ideally within consultancy, and will be proficient in the following areas:
* Technical input into Travel Plans and Transport Assessments
* Use of relevant software (ARCADY, PICADY, TRANSYT)
* Confident in liaising with clients
* Excellent report writing skills
As a Junior Transport Planner you will support fellow Engineers and Senior Engineers on a variety of private sector projects. You will be involved in the production of Travel Plans, Transport Statements and Transport Assessments and will be encouraged to take responsibility for your own workload. You will also be assisted towards gaining professional accreditations.
