This client is a Global Environmental and Engineering consultancy providing specialist Geotechnical input into a diverse range of projects in the Canterbury region. Due to their critical role following on from the recent earthquakes, they currently have a number of exciting opportunities for Geotechnical Engineers to join them.
The role would include projects from developments, dams, natural hazards, roading infrastructure and water supply schemes to name a few. You will also be required to manage small to mid-sized projects and participate in conceptual design, fieldwork, design analysis and production of design documentation.
Ideally you will have qualifications in civil or geotechnical engineering (post graduate qualifications would be highly regarded) along with experience in civil and/or geotechnical design analysis and geotechnical investigations (slopes, foundations and improvement works etc). Experience in the preparation of design documentation, including design drawings and construction specifications are sort.
