They have been successful in winning a number of multi-utilities & civils projects around the South East and as a result are looking to expand their commercial team based from their office in Watford.
The successful candidate will be involved in establishing, implementing and managing pre & post contract commercial and procurement management and reporting systems and procedures. Reporting to the Managing QS this role is responsible for the evaluation, negotiation, management and mitigation of commercial and contractual risks for our contract.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years in a Quantity Surveying capacity and experience with a large UK main contractor on communications, civils and multi utility contracts.
You will be educated to HND or degree level within a relevant sector and have a good understanding of NEC form of contract and the civils build environment.
