The Company
This exciting Contracts Manager’s position is with an up and coming niche commercial interiors contractor based in the heart of London. They have developed an enviable client list including many of the UK’s leading financial, legal and media companies and undertake projects from £500k - £5million in value.
The Role
This is an all encompassing role and we are looking for an applicant who has experience of the complete project life cycle from client enquiry through to handover including pre-construction, delivery and financial control. Not only will need to have the ability to deliver projects, a large part of your role will be work winning and having a potential client base would be a definite advantage. It is essential that you have in-depth experience of the London interiors market.
