They specialise in the design, production, assembly and installation of factory manufactured building components and structures that offer intelligent solutions to deliver an improved programme, high quality and reduced risk.
Company special in Offsite Construction systems for retail, commercial, pharmaceutical sectors and is more recently involved in the water / mechanical / process sector.
Due to continuous expansion based in an increased workload they are currently recruiting for the following..
Design / Engineering Project Manager
The company is currently providing solutions to major clients in the water services sector where it is providing innovative solutions
The Role
To manage the design and delivery of offsite fabricated solutions with in the water industry.
You shall have a strong Structural / Mechanical / design background to degree level with the ability to manage the design process from design development through to delivery.
The ideal person will have a strong background in mechanical / civil design within the water / process or petrochem background.
Works will include paying a key role in the engineering design through to assembly.
You will be required to manage subcontracted inputs from a design perspective for integration into the project. This would involve the management of the design and co-ordinate the inputs from multiple suppliers of projects / elements to me incorporated into the solution.
You will require a strong technical background with the ability to understand the project and the design elements to deliver same

• M&E
This is a technical role with strong design orientation. Manage Pre-Assemble Works also but this may be split into a second position for the assembly/ installation side as required.
May have experience with Contractor or Client in other major frameworks projects or a strong design / offsite fabrication background within the construction / civils / mechanical sector.
