The Interiors arm of this major contracting group has secured workloads into 2013 and are experiencing controlled growth. As Commercial Manager you will join their successful team based in central London and reporting directly to the Director of Operations will assume commercial control on interiors and refurbishment projects ranging in value up to £20M.
As Commercial Manager you will take the lead commercial responsibilities on both major projects with individual values of £20M but also lead the team on various frameworks and roll out contracts across London and the South East.
We are searching for candidates which have a current pedigree of commercial management on behalf of a major contractor, ideally a larger contractor which have set processes and a main contract approach to projects. You will have operated in large scale Retail, Banking and Education sectors and be confident assuming a lead client facing role.
Repeat business is paramount for this company so you will hold exceptional relationship building skills with both clients and supply chain. You will be conversant with multi-site roll out contracts alongside major D&B contracts.
