Hydrologist - Reading - £25,000 - £28,000
A well-known environmental and engineering consultancy with a highly successful Hydrology / Flood Risk team covering projects across the UK is currently seeking a Hydrologist to be based in Reading.
The successful candidate will have consultative post graduate experience of Hydrology / Flood Engineering within a similar consultancy. You will be familiar with flood risk assessment, SUDs, river engineering and drainage design and will be a confident technical report writer and modeller who is confident liaising with clients.
Qualifications - MEng / MSc Civil Engineering / Hydrology or similar
The successful Flood Risk Engineer will be responsible for a range of flood risk, water resources, SUDS, river engineering and modelling projects and will be highly technical - compiling flood risk assessments and carrying out hydraulic models as well as assisting Senior colleagues with project management and client liaison.
