My client is a successful defence organisation in the South West and they are now seeking an M&E Building Services Engineer for a permanent position covering 2 sites.
As a Building Service Engineer you will support the estimators on site and assist in scoping all M&E and B&CE works to support change, lifecycle, planning and commissioning. You will review all installations of building systems and specify maintenance and operating procedures. Monitor all building systems and procedures and make vital decisions about expired equipment. This position is based on two MOD sites so security clearance is required for the role, if you are already S/C or have previously held clearance this would be beneficial but not essential.
