Duties include:
- Negotiating the National Agreement on behalf of the industry
- Promoting the thermal insulation and asbestos industries
- Preparing and controlling TICA’s budget
- Reporting to the Governing Council on operational and strategic management
- Collating and reporting on industry changes and training needs
