Senior Ecologist - Gloucestershire
My client is a specialist consultancy with offices throughout the UK. They are looking to expand the team in Gloucestershire with a Senior Ecologist.
The ideal Senior Ecologist will have 5 years consultancy experience, 3 of which will have been at senior level. You will have designed and implemented mitigation strategies for protected species, specifically reptiles and Great Crested Newts. You will have a proven track record of co-ordinating and managing a range of projects in different sectors and be able to demonstrate excellent team management skills.
As a Senior Ecologist you will be responsible for delivering a range of complex projects, demonstrating excellent knowledge of ecology, supported by a wide professional network. You will have a broad knowledge of legislation, policy, survey methods and mitigation applicable to all protected species and flora.
