We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with Commercial Management experience to work for a leading Engineering Contractor in the South East.
Candidates are required to have gained a Quantity Surveying degree and have industry exposure using various forms of contract including the JCT, NEC & ICE. Your technical knowledge will allow you draft out contractual correspondence and notices required by discipline managers and negotiate warranty agreements.
You will be required to maintain a professional relationship with internal and external clients and support estimators with commercial contract matters to maximise profits. It is expected that you will ensure best practice is adhered to in order to obtain professionalism at all times.
