My client is a large and successful multi-disciplinary consultancy with an involvement in a variety of exciting projects, and is looking for an experience ITS Engineer to join their growing team in Manchester. As an ITS Engineer you will be responsible for delivering a broad range projects to a high standard, on time and to budget. You will help develop the junior members by sharing your expertise and offer support to the project manager. You will work in work on a variety of multi-disciplinary projects both in the public and private sector, focusing on structural, civil, environmental and geotechnical engineering. As an ITS Engineer will deliver quality ITS solutions and strategy's and develop relationships with clients and play an active role in business development.
The ideal ITS Engineer will:

* Have firm experience in a similar role within the Transport industry
* Have a qualification in an engineering discipline
* Have specific experience within motorway communications or highway environments
* Have a strong technical ability and experience with the relevant software
* Be fully knowledgeable in Intelligent Transport Systems
