The client, a leading engineering and design consultancy within the UK, are looking to recruit Signalling Design Managers to multiple locations throughout the UK. Locations include Croydon, Swindon, Crewe, Glasgow, Bristol and Birmingham amongst others. The opportunity will allow the successful candidate to take part and lead upon a variety of projects throughout the UK.
The opportunity has come about after various project wins for both framework design as well as re signalling projects throughout the UK. As the number of projects have grown, there is now the need to recruit for a number of Signalling Design Managers to the company. The candidate will be responsible for tasks including managing a team producing designs, reports and specifications, delivering projects to client specifications as well as determining policy and integrity towards projects and internal procedures.
The successful candidate will have:
- knowledge of UK Signalling Design principles
- a history of delivering bids, plans and assisting with resource management
- capable of undertaking RDE duties
- IRSE Design license 1.1.145
- working towards IRSE workplace assesor qualifications
