Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: 35000-45000 +package
Our Client
My client is a specialist sub-contractor within the glazed partitions industry. They provide a bespoke service mainly within the office fit out market, including glazed partitions and joinery products. With an increase in workload they are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.
The Role
In the Quantity surveyor role you will be responsible for;
* Measurement and pricing of work
* Procurement and management of sub-contractors
* Negotiation and agreement of final accounts
* Performing risk and value management and cost control
* Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations
* There is a clear path to progress into a Managing Surveyor role
The right applicant
Our client requires;
* At least 3 years' experience within a similar business
* Projects worked on values £50k - £1.5 Million
* Fit-out experience
* Good attention to detail
* A stable and credible employment history
