They are seeking a Senior Planner who can stand alone and manage projects up to £20m. They scope for progression is very real and they are looking for a self sufficient and ambitious Senior Planner who wants to go that extra mile......sound like you?
Key Role/Responsibilities:
*Assessing build-ability, producing high level programmes
Monitoring and progressing construction programmes
Site visits at tender stage and client facing interviews
Production of trade package programmes for inclusion of subcontract orders
The role is a mixture of tender planning and site based planning, albeit with a bias towards tender planning
Reporting in to the Construction Director, you will be working on projects up to £20M
Typical projects will be (new) design and build and build covering retail, hospital, prisons and with a small section of social housing and care homes.
Understanding of construction related legislation and being fully qualified is essential and experience within the high end residential, mixed use, commercial and education sector is necessary.
Only those with experience working for a main top 10 UK Contactor (longstanding), and a degree in a related subject will be considered.
