A multi-national Management and Property Consultancy are seeking a Building Surveyor to join their expanding City of London office. If you're an MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor or expecting to be in the 12 months then this is an opportunity with uncapped career potential where detailed plans are in place to assist you in achieving your career goals. The successful Building Surveyor will be joining a team renowned for their exceptional Client Service who are currently winning a variety of projects from both their Public and Private sector clients.

The Company

An expanding Property Consultancy with offices located throughout the UK are in the process of expanding their City of London team. With over 100 employees countrywide, this multi-disciplined consultancy work within an array of sectors including Commercial Retail, Commercial and High-End Residential and offer an extremely broad range of work. With the amount of work load generated from their extremely impressive reputation, the Director of Building Consultancy is now looking to recruit a Building Surveyor to assist in growing the team.

The Role

The successful Building Surveyor will have an extremely varied job role with all and be given the opportunity to work with all core Building Surveying disciplines including;

  • Measured Building Surveys
  • Defect Diagnosis
  • Contract Administration
  • Dilapidations
  • Party Wall Matters

The Successful Building Surveyor

This is a role ideal for a Building Surveyor whose career development may be capped or isn't getting the necessary support needed.

  • Minimum 2 years APC diary recorded
  • Experience in working in a Private Practice/Consultancy role
  • MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
  • Committed to career progression
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be self-motivated, ambitious and organised
