To assist with the day to day general administration for the Directors, and provide support to the senior staff dealing with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team, which has a large focus on dealing with external IFAs.
Key areas of focus for the role will be to prepare and process client service reviews and to liaise with external financial advisors to prepare and collate client review packs and initial investment reports.
Typing skills would be advantageous to provide cover and for specific projects. Excel skills are essential
General administration to include:-
Communicating with Financial Advisers and clients and dealing with general queries
Preparing and processing client service reviews
Preparing and collating review packs and initial investment reports for Financial Advisors
Preparation and processing of all new client forms and amendments
Monitoring of transfers of assets/cash from other institutions and corporate actions.
ISA subscriptions and transfers
Liaising with operations department
Checking fees and issuing fee notes
Ensuring client reviews are recorded correctly on systems
General record keeping and electronic filing
