Currently working alongside a market leading facades contractor who have continued to deliver key projects across the Middle East that typically include complex façade packages. There is therefore an increasing demand on their Facades Division to give extra support to this technically challenging aspect of the build. This demand has opened an exciting opportunity within their Senior Management team.  They’re looking for an experienced Facades Technical Director with a proven track record of delivering challenging façade packages, ideally on projects with an overall value of more than $100M.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various major projects that could value up to $100M+. The successful candidate would support the projects wherever necessary from design stage through procurement and deliver, to project completion. This would present the chosen candidate with a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of this critical element of work on landmark projects and raise their profile within the GCC

The ideal candidate shall have extensive experience in the external envelope field, ideally in the Commercial/Residential sector. They would have experience of working with and managing a variety of different supply chain partners within the relevant market. They must be able to work collaboratively and take a hands-on approach to problem solving and mitigating risk both financially and most importantly on the safe delivery of a quality project. They would have a good level of autonomy and be responsibility for motivating and managing a team reporting to the CEO.
