Assistant Project Manager
An Assistant Project Manager role has become available for a highly specialist and niche cleaning contractor.
This company specialise in providing a highly efficient and skilled service to a range of clients including London Underground and the National Rail Network. Their use of the latest technology allows them to offer a building and site cleaning service to above industry standards. Over the past 3 years this company have gone from strength to strength and gained many significant clients in Brighton, Sussex and London. For this reason a new permanent position for an Assistant Project Manager has become available.
You will be ambitious, hardworking and enthusiast in order to help push this company to the next level. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and will be able to learn from their skills and experience. You will be required to plan and co-ordinate day to day activates of the company's operations staff. You will be required to allocate equipment as required by site management teams. You will be Liaising with clients, sub-contractors and external agencies in order to help grow the business and ensure smooth operation of existing contracts. You will be required to provide cost plans and report these back to the Managing Director.
You will be offered a salary of up to £27,000, with the possibility of a car allowance after a probationary period. A structured training plan in order to develop your skills and knowledge of the industry will be offered in order to progress you to senior management level within the organisations. You will be working within an extremely relaxed and friendly office in Brighton. You will be offered training such as London Underground access permits and Network Rail track safety tickets.
