A financially sound global consultancy is looking for a Building Surveyor/Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Leeds office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody to grow within a well established team for a multidisciplinary consultancy. Well established within the private and public sector, projects vary from working on commercial and retail, transportation, water, utilities, manufacturing, industrials, energy and natural resources projects.

You will be responsible for carrying out the delivery of projects ranging from £100,000-£2 million. or assisting with building surveying including dilapidations, project management, fire risk assessments, party wall work and contract administration. As well as this, you will be undertaking a wide range of technical due diligence services including initial due diligence, pre-acquisition surveys, condition surveys, vendor surveys and project monitoring services.

Day to day responsibilities include advising and providing sound technical advice to clients and stakeholders, including:

*Design and specification
*Party wall work
*Contract administration
*Stock condition surveys
*Delivery of projects

The ideal candidate will either be MRICS qualified or be near to completing APC assessment. You will need to be a team player with a proactive approach and can do attitude. You will have the chance to work on some challenging and varied projects.
