Senior Quantity Surveyor - Birmingham

The Opportunity
You have the opportunity to join a Top Groundworks Sub-Contractor based in Birmingham. Due to an increase in workload they are looking to take on a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage a variety of a flagship project based in Warwickshire.
The successful candidate will have the chance to work on an exciting Groundworks projects during their career working on Large Commercial Projects. My client is seeking a candidate who is self-motivated, who takes pride in their work, who has strong contractual awareness and is willing to take on a client facing role. This is a predominately a site based role

The Key Requirements

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will: Have Experience utilising JCT forms of Contract Must have at least 5- 7 years' experience in Quantity Surveying will have experience working on Groundworks projects The successful candidate will be hardworking, a good communicator and a people person


As the successful Quantity Surveyor, you will receive: 50,000 - 65,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package
