SSA are delighted to be working on behalf of specialist contractor, who have secured a number of prestigious projects and require an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Assistant QS looking to step up.  

Having previously been named as one of the Top 10 Developers in 2015, our client has grown from strength to strength and have quickly become market leaders in the industry.

They have the capability to provide a Design & Build service to their Clients and deal with exclusive private residential projects with an excellent reputation within this sector.

General Position Summary

Project QS

You will be managing one – two projects/ supporting a managing QS and visiting Contract Manager and you will need to be strong on record keeping, providing the MQS with the records for payment against agreed works and variations. Ideally with 5 years’ + experience this is an excellent opportunity to join a small D&B Contractor and gain excellent experience under the guidance of the Managing QS.
