Project Architect role near Ipswich with exciting and new projects

Job Title: Project Architect
Job Location: Suffolk
Job Salary: Dependant on skills and experience

My client based near Ipswich is looking for an experienced Project Architect to join their busy practise. With projects in the residential, commercial and conservation sectors in the range from £200k extensions through to major projects for a private housing developer, they need someone who can start or work on projects straight away from inception through to completion.

Due to the influx of varied projects in the Ipswich area, my client is looking for a Project Architect that has design flair, can run projects individually, and has good communication skills.

The successful Project Architect will have good construction knowledge and know the technical details as well as have some experience in design. Will also have good communication skills to run through briefs with the rest of the team but also negotiate with clients. They will also need to know Auto CAD, knowledge of Vectorworks is desirable.

If you can work well in a team, have good communication skills to negotiate with clients, and have design flair, then please call Jack McCurdy on 01223 464577 or please click apply.
