About the role: We are seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join an already established and successful Civil Engineering Division based in our Central London Office, this is to help aid this already strong division and to further develop it. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate. This role will see you working closely with Directors of the company. The ideal candidate will have a real hunger and desire to succeed and the rewards and benefits for joining the company at this stage will be significant and will genuinely lead to upper management opportunities.
The role will suit someone with a strong professional personality, good on the phone, methodical, hardworking, conscientious and a real desire to succeed in life. You will be covering our Civil Engineering Sector and working on jobs throughout the South East on a warm desk with no need for sales/cold calls to clients.
