A specialist Practice of Chartered Surveyors located in Central London are seeking a well-spoken and ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor. The role is for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join the team and work with some of London's high end Commercial properties, generally around the West End. You will be given all the necessary support from an extremely successful team of Senior Building Surveyor's to achieve MRICS accreditation at the first attempt.

Generally covering the West End but also branching out into the City and parts of West London, this practice offer a varied array of work ranging from commercial office fit-outs to retail properties and hotels.

The Role

You, as the new Assistant Building Surveyor will join an enthusiastic and forward-thinking team of surveyors and learn directly from some extremely experienced Chartered Building Surveyors.

All necessary diesciplines for you to gain MRICS Chartership will be covered including;

  • Defect diagnosis
  • Measured Surveys
  • Dilapidations
  • Due Diligence
  • Party Wall Work
  • Contract Administration

The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor

  • 1+ years Private Practice Building Surveying experience
  • MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
  • Committed to career progression
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be self-motivated, ambitious and organised
