An independent property consultancy is currently looking to grow their valuations team in Leeds with a Qualified Surveyor within the Residential Valuations team.

The Leeds office already has an excellent and established contact base, but there will also be scope in this role to expand this network of clients further. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated surveyor and will give you the chance to make your mark in a team of surveyors with an excellent reputation and where you will be given responsibility to manage your own clients and progression.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about residential property and will be looking for a valuation Surveyor role where you will be valuing all types of residential properties, including investors' portfolios, student accommodation and development sites in the North of England. These valuations will mainly be for loan security purposes, working predominantly for banks.

They offer an attractive and very competitive salary, and are both willing to take somebody on and train them up, as well as take on somebody Senior at a higher salary.

As well as this, they offer performance based bonuses, mileage allowance and a RICS subscription.
