A leading organisation based in West Highland, near Fort William require an experienced quantity surveyor, the role is for a joinery & building contractor.
Your new company
You will join a well-established joinery & building contractor based in West Highland who works on projects throughout the area, and the islands. They are making the appointment of a quantity surveyor to strengthen their team.
Your new role
You will report in to a director and take full responsibility for quantity surveying for the business. You will provide assistance during the tendering process, preparing enquiries and acquiring quotations. You will build up rates, prepare take-offs and assist with submissions. You will make regular site visits however you will be based at their head office when not required on site.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced quantity surveyor with knowledge of the construction industry. You will have experience working for a smaller business OR you will be interested in moving over to this area of the area. You will have the ability to quickly digest information, work within a small team environment and have a professional approach.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 + package. You will receive support from the directors and as a company they are looking for someone who wants to work for their business on a long term basis.
