I'm currently working with an exciting consultancy who is seeking a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) to join their already successful building surveying team in one of their modern offices in Oxford.

This brilliant consultancy works on fantastic projects ranging from the Renault and Red Bull Racing F1 Teams HQ to the Ascot Race Course. We're working together to find a commercially focused Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join this unique team. The majority of the work is based in the Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire area.

You ideally will be Chartered (MRICS) 2-3 years PQE have a commercially focused background. Good experience in dilapidations, party wall matters, technical due diligence and building pathology. You will also be confident and clear as the role will include some client facing duties. Good project management experience and working to deadlines is also required.
