An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) to join a niche consultancy based in West London's Richmond.

We're currently working together to add a surveyor to their already successful team. A large majority of this fantastic consultancies work is in the Chelsea and Fulham area. The work they undertake is high end private residential, modern and grade II listed buildings.

If you're a surveyor who enjoys working on fantastic projects then this is role for you!

You'll be Chartered (MIRCS) have good high end specification, project and professional work experience including party wall matters, building defects and technical due diligence. Be great client facing as there is elements to this role of first hand communication with clientele. Confident, driven and self motivated being able to work to as an individual and as a part of a team is essential.
