Head of Infrastructure

A top tier international consultancy firm are seeking a Head of Infrastructure to join the senior management team in the Middle East. This role will involve playing a major part in the development and performance of the business, as you will be accountable for the strategic leadership, direction, operational performance and people leadership within the business unit.


  • Experience in four key areas; Business Leadership, Business Development, Project Leadership and Technical
  • Comply with policies and work practices by ensuring all health, safety, quality and technology procedures are standard practice
  • Bring the team together to bring a harmonious working environment through positive attitude and lead by example
  • Lead and manage the Transport and Infrastructure team with motivating support
  • Deliver operational and financial outcomes
  • Maintain and develop client relationships, be forward thinking in terms of business development in external markets
  • Gain new prospects by actively spotting opportunities and lead the bidding process
  • Be the main interface with stakeholders, project plan proactively to ensure delivery
  • Act as project director on certain projects, delivering high-quality multi/ single-disciplinary projects
  • Actively research to be up to date with engineering innovations and industry developments worldwide


  • BSc in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 15 years’ post graduate experience
  • Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary engineering team and projects
  • Chartered individuals preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
